This describes what we collect, why, and what we do with it. We aim to collect the minimum needed to run Framed.
What we collect
- Account info — email, username, display name, avatar, bio, website, Instagram handle.
- Content — artwork images, descriptions, prices, dimensions, interests, profile customization.
- Verification data — portfolio URL and a photo of you with your work. Stored privately; read only by Framed reviewers.
- Interactions — likes, saves, follows, messages.
- Technical — IP address, user agent, request logs.
How we use it
- Operate the Service and fulfill sales.
- Verify that sellers are real humans and their art is real.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and AI content.
- Send transactional email (confirmations, verification outcomes).
Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share only with processors needed to operate the Service (hosting, email delivery, payments). Verification photos are never public and never shared outside our review team.
Your rights
You can download, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@framed.app. Deleting your account removes your profile and artwork from the Service; financial records required by law are retained.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for authentication and preferences. No third-party advertising trackers.
Children
Framed is not directed at children under 13. If we learn we've collected data from a child under 13, we delete it.
